Meeting Great Grandma Martinz

On Friday the 6th we left for montana to meet Jason's family up there and to take Walter to met his Great- Grandma Martinz. It was going to be a quick trip but we didn't make it all the way to Big timber on Friday due to storms( a foot of snow just that morning) so we holed up in Billings and went swimming and enjoyed some family time that night. Jasons family got in later that night. We spent some time getting going in the morning, and went to a store called action toys. Its kind of hard to explain but Jason and his brothers loved it! We got to big timber about noon. That was when Jason and I had hoped to head home so we pushed back plans to get some time with his Grandma and His Aunt and Uncle Mike and Janet and their daughter Angie. It had been almost five years since the last time we were there and the first with Walter.

Grandma Martinz cracked us all up when she was asked "How do you feel," and she responded by saying " With my fingers"

Talking with Grandma

After two trips to see Grandma and a trip to the quilt shop Jason, Sterling, walter and I headed home and made it as far as Sheridan. When we got to the motel Walter hung out with Sterling on the bed for a bit. The next morning we took Sterling home to Gillette and hung out there for a bit before heading the rest to the way home.. We didn't really do Easter with walter because we had planned on being home Sunday and not traveling. So 24 hours behind schedule we pulled into Cheyenne. We had a fun week of visits, but was relieved it was ll behind us.

Walter loved the big mirror at the motel and loved watching the other baby do exactly what he was doing especially his new trick of folding his arms:)
