Discovery of Walter's Hands

So I have to admit when we were pregnant talking about all the fun things we would do with our son, one that didnt come to mind was laying on the floor as a family and watching the Ceiling Fan! But thats exactly what we did yesterday, not hard to imagne considering it is currently Walter's favorite activity

We were delighted to have dad home for an hour during the day before he headed back out to work.

Walter loves his Dad's silk scarf, so the red one became Walter's first silk scarf his dad is so proud lol.

Walter has been all about his fist for a few weeks now, and i worried he would be a thumb sucker, so i was relieved to read its normal at this age because they are discovering their hands. So i quit worrying and am just loving how cute it is. He figured out this week that it works to soothe him best with only one finger in there and of course its his thumb.

Walter doesn't like to be held very much right now he is too interested in everything going on around him.

He likes to lay on the floor, sit in his bouncy chair(thanks aunt juls), and suck his fist!
