The last couple weeks since we have been home we have had a chance to spend a little time as a family. Last weekend we went to Cheyenne
Frontier Days and walked around it. Jason
Aldean was in concert and we were hoping to hear him from outside the arena, but we couldn't so we Got some dinner and walked around all the fun booths. We have had a nice day home with no demands and
that's always nice. On Saturday we went to a local farmers market and it was so fun. We got some fresh peaches that were so good, and the smell was wonderful. This past Friday we finally bought Walter a crib, and moved him into his own room. I was shocked at how hard it was for me not to have him right next to me in his bassinet. He wasn't the least bit bothered and its been great for him not to get woke up when Jason's phone rings at all hours of the night. He seemed to always have a foot or hand stuck out of the bassinet and with the crib that problem is gone too! On Monday Walter got his tongue clipped. It broke my heart when they had him strapped down, and when they pinched his tongue to cut off the blood he screamed like I've never heard before and I started to cry. It was over quickly and it felt so good to get him in my arms to comfort him. It didn't bleed long at all and with the help of Tylenol the rest of the day was good. On Tuesday he had an appointment to
xray his hips, and we were pleased to hear that all looks good. So unless we notice a missed milestone he shouldn't have to get anymore
xrays on those. Afterwards we were able to meet with Jason for a quick lunch. So we have been a little bit of busy and doing and have gone swimming a few times. Sorry there is more words than pictures but I couldn't get them off of my camera for this week!
